ग्लोबल आइएमई: समुन्नत योजना–२' असार २२ देखि निष्काशन हुँदै Global IME: ‘Samunnat Yojana–2’ to be Issued from Ashadh 22
ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले असार २२ गतेदेखि सामूहिक लगानी कोष ‘ग्लोबल आइएमई समुन्नत योजना–२’ को इकाई निष्काशन गर्न लागेको छ। यो बन्दमुखी योजना प्रारम्भमा १.२० अर्ब रुपैयाँको कोष आकारबाट सुरु हुनेछ भने उच्च माग भएमा २५% वृद्धि गरी १.५० अर्ब रुपैयाँसम्म विस्तार गर्न सकिनेछ। प्रति इकाई मूल्य १० रुपैयाँ रहेको यस योजनामा न्यूनतम १०० इकाईदेखि अधिकतम १.२० करोड इकाईसम्म लगानी गर्न सकिनेछ।
क्यापिटलले योजना १० वर्ष अवधिको हुने र वार्षिक औसत प्रतिफल २२.४९% रहने प्रक्षेपण गरेको छ। लगानीकर्ताले पहिलो ९ वर्षमा ८% देखि २०% सम्म लाभांश पाउने सम्भावना रहेको छ। आवेदनका लागि ‘मेरो शेयर’ अनलाइन प्रणाली तथा सबै आस्वा सदस्य बैंकबाट आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ। योजनाले पारदर्शिता, विविधीकरण, कर छुट, र व्यावसायिक व्यवस्थापनजस्ता कारणले दीर्घकालीन लाभ दिने जनाएको छ।
Global IME Capital Limited is set to issue units of its closed-end mutual fund scheme ‘Global IME Samunnat Yojana–2’ from Ashadh 22. The fund will start with an initial size of NPR 1.20 billion, with a provision to expand up to NPR 1.50 billion if demand exceeds expectations. Each unit is priced at NPR 10, with investors able to apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 12 million units.
The fund will run for 10 years and is projected to deliver an average annual return of 22.49%, with estimated dividend payouts ranging from 8% to 20% over the first nine years. Investors can apply through the Mero Share online platform or via any ASBA-member bank or financial institution. The scheme promises long-term benefits through diversification, transparency, tax incentives, and professional fund management.
