Gold Price Sets New Record on the Fourth Day of the Week

On Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the week, the price of gold in the domestic market reached a new record high. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of gold increased by NPR 1,000 per tola.

Wednesday's Gold and Silver Prices:

  • Fine Gold:

    • Price per Tola: NPR 153,400

    • Tuesday's Price: NPR 152,400

    • Increase: NPR 1,000

  • Silver:

    • Price per Tola: NPR 1,780

  • Price for 10 Grams:

    • Fine Gold: NPR 131,515 per 10 grams

    • Silver: NPR 1,526 per 10 grams

Gold Price in the International Market:

On Wednesday, the price of gold in the international market rose by 0.06%, reaching $2,520 per ounce. This rise has also impacted the local market, pushing the price of gold to new heights.

Previous Record:

Earlier, on Bhadra 21, the price of fine gold had set a record at NPR 153,300 per tola. After Wednesday's increase, this new record has reached NPR 153,400 per tola.
