Gorkhaj Finance Offers 48,773 Promoter Shares for Sale

Gorkhaj Finance Limited has announced the sale of a total of 48,773 promoter shares registered under the name of founder shareholder Dipendra Agrawal to the general public.

Previously, these shares were open for purchase exclusively by promoter shareholders. However, this time, the shares can be purchased by any individual or company.

Interested buyers must submit their application along with the required documents to the company’s head office at Dillibazar, Kathmandu, within 15 days.
