गार्डियन माइक्रो लाइफ इन्सुरेन्सले १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्नेGuardian Micro Life Insurance to Issue 100% Rights Shares
गार्डियन माइक्रो लाइफ इन्सुरेन्सले १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको चैत १८ गते बसेको बैठकले १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। यस प्रस्तावलाई अनुमोदन गर्न कम्पनीले वैशाख ५ गते विशेष साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। सभा प्रयोजनका लागि चैत २८ गते बुक क्लोज हुनेछ, जसअनुसार चैत २७ गतेसम्म कायम सेयरधनी मात्र सभामा भाग लिन सक्नेछन्।
विशेष सभा तथा नियामक निकायको स्वीकृति पश्चात मात्र हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन हुनेछ। हालै मात्र आईपीओ निष्कासन गरी गार्डियन माइक्रो लाइफ इन्सुरेन्सको चुक्ता पुँजी ७५ करोड पुगेको छ। प्रस्तावित हकप्रद सेयर जारी भएपछि कम्पनीको पुँजी १ अर्ब ५० करोड पुग्नेछ।
Guardian Micro Life Insurance has decided to issue 100% rights shares. The company’s board meeting held on Chaitra 18 decided to issue rights shares in a 1:1 ratio. To approve this proposal, the company has called a special general meeting on Baisakh 5. For the purpose of the meeting, the book closure date has been set for Chaitra 28, meaning only shareholders holding shares until Chaitra 27 will be eligible to participate.
The rights shares will be issued only after approval from the special general meeting and regulatory authorities. Recently, the company raised its paid-up capital to NPR 750 million by issuing an IPO. After the issuance of the proposed rights shares, the capital will reach NPR 1.5 billion.
