यस गोर्खाज फाइनान्स लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनि श्री यम बहादुर पुनले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको २००० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक स्वीकृतिको लागि यस वित्तीय संस्थाको संचालक समिति समक्ष आवेदन दिनु भएको मा यस संस्थाका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनिहरुको जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८२/१२/२५ गतेको आर्थिक राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न कुनै पनि विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनिहरुबाट निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयरहरु खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक अन्य सर्वसाधारण व्यक्ति वा संस्थाले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले तोकेको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद सम्बन्धी योग्यता पुगेको व्यहोरा खुल्ले कागजात तथा अन्य विवरणहरु खुलाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ दिन भित्र यस संस्थाको प्रधान कार्यालय, डिल्लीबजार, काठमाण्डौमा सम्पर्क गर्नुहुन यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराइन्छ।
Notice regarding the sale of promoter shares for 15 days

Mr. Yam Bahadur Pun, a promoter shareholder of Gurkhas Finance Limited, had submitted an application to the Board of Directors of this financial institution for the necessary approval to sell २००० units of promoter shares registered in his name. For the information of the existing promoter shareholders of this institution, a ३५-day public notice was published in the Aarthik Rastriya Dainik on २०८२/१२/२५. Since no application was received from any existing promoter shareholders to purchase the said shares, any other general individual or institution interested in purchasing these promoter shares, who meets the eligibility criteria for promoter share purchase as specified by Nepal Rastra Bank, is requested to contact the head office of this institution in Dillibazar, Kathmandu, within १५ days from the date of publication of this notice, providing clear documents and other details. This notice serves as information.
