यस कम्पनीबाट जारी तपसिलमा उल्लेख भएका बीमालेखका बीमितहरुले बीमालेख हर एकको / नासिएको ले प्रतिलिपी बीमालेखको लागि निवेदन पेश गरेको हुँदा उक्त बीमालेख उपर कसै को हकदावी भए यो सूचना प्रकाशित मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा सबुद प्रमाण सहित हकदावी दर्ता गराउनुहुन सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरि एको छ । सो अवधि भित्र दावी दर्ता नभएमा निवेदकहरुको माग बमोजिम प्रतिलिपी बीमालेख जारी गरिने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको लागि जानकारी गराइन्छ ।

Since the insured persons of the insurance policies mentioned in the details issued by this company have applied for duplicate insurance policies due to the loss/destruction of their original policies, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register their claims with supporting evidence at the company's central office within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice, if anyone has a claim on the said insurance policies. It is also informed to all concerned that if no claim is registered within the said period, duplicate insurance policies will be issued as per the request of the applicants.
