हिमालयन पावर पार्टनर लिमिटेडको १:०.५ को अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर मिति २०८३/०१/१७ गतेदेखि मिति २०८३/०२/०६ गतेसम्म बिक्री खुल्ला गरी आवेदन माग गरिएकोमा ४,६८,०४० कित्ता शेयरको लागि आवेदन नपरेकाले धितोपत्र निष्कासन तथा बाँडफाँट निर्देशिका, २०७४ को निर्देशन नं. १५ तथा हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन सम्बन्धी व्यवस्था तथा विवरणहरुको दफा (ङ) मा उल्लेखित प्रावधानको अधिनमा रही उक्त शेयरहरु गोप्य शिलबन्दीको कोटेशन मार्फत बोलकबोल प्रक्रियाद्वारा बिक्री गर्न मिति २०८३/०२/२७ गतेदेखि मिति २०८३/०३/०४ गतेसम्म आवेदन माग गरिएकोमा सो अवधिभित्र प्राप्त भएका बोलपत्रहरु देहाय बमोजिमको मिति, समय र स्थानमा खोलिने भएको हुँदा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Himalayan Power Partner Limited's rights shares in the ratio of १:०.५, for which applications were invited from २०८३/०१/१७ to २०८३/०२/०६, did not receive applications for ४,६८,०४० units. Therefore, in accordance with Directive No. १५ of the Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines, २०७४, and the provisions mentioned in Section (ङ) of the arrangements and details regarding rights share issuance, these shares were offered for sale through a sealed bid quotation process from २०८३/०२/२७ to २०८३/०३/०४. This notice is published for the information of all concerned, as the bids received within that period will be opened on the date, time, and place mentioned below.
