हिमालयन पावर पार्टनर लिमिटेडको ४,६८,७४० कित्ता शेयरहरु मिति २०७९/०२/२७ गतेदेखि मिति २०७९/०३/०४ गतेसम्म गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्रद्वारा खरिद गर्न आव्हान गरिएकोमा सो अवधिभित्र प्राप्त भएका बोलपत्रहरु मिति २०७९/०३/०८ गतेका दिन बिक्री प्रबन्धकको कार्यालय नक्साल, काठमाण्डौमा खोली मिति २०७९/०३/१० गतेका दिन निष्काशनकर्ता कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले बाँडफाँट गरेको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
आवेदकहरुको बाँडफाँटमा नपरेको शेयर वापतको रकम आवेदकले आफ्नो आवेदन फाराममा उल्लेख गरेको बैंक/वित्तीय संस्थाको खातामा IPS मार्फत फिर्ता भुक्तानी गर्न शुरु गरि सकिएको व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौं। साथै आफ्नो खातामा रकम जम्मा भए नभएको यकिन गरि रकम जम्मा नभएको खण्डमा बिक्री प्रबन्धक ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लि., लक्ष्मण बाबु भवन, नक्सालमा सम्पर्क राख्नु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ।
साथै बाँडफाँटको अन्तिम मूल्य (Cut-off Price) रु.३४५।१० रहेको र उक्त मूल्यमा बोलपत्र पेश गर्नेहरुको हकमा सापेक्षिक भार अनुसार समानुपातिक रुपमा बाँडफाँट गरिएको व्यहोरा जानकारी गराइन्छ।
Notice regarding allotment and refund of unallotted right shares
Himalayan Power Partner Limited had invited bids for the purchase of ४,६८,७४० units of shares through sealed bids from २०७९/०२/२७ to २०७९/०३/०४. The bids received within this period were opened on २०७९/०३/०८ at the office of the issue manager in Naxal, Kathmandu. This notice is published for the information of all concerned regarding the allotment made by the meeting of the Board of Directors of the issuing company on २०७९/०३/१०.
We would like to inform you that the refund of the amount for shares not allotted to applicants has commenced through IPS to the bank/financial institution accounts specified by the applicants in their application forms. Additionally, if the amount has not been credited to your account, you are requested to contact the issue manager, Global IME Capital Ltd., at Laxman Babu Bhawan, Naxal.
Furthermore, the final allotment price (Cut-off Price) is रु.३४५।१०, and shares have been allotted proportionally based on the relative weight for those who submitted bids at this price.
