यस संस्थाको संचालक समितिको मिति २०८३/०३/११ गते बसेको बैठकको निर्णय अनुसार, संस्थाको विशेष साधारण सभा तपशिल विवरणमा उल्लेखित विषय उपर छलफल तथा निर्णय गर्न विवरणमा उल्लेखित मिति, स्थान तथा समयमा बस्ने भएको हुँदा, शेयरसदस्य महानुभावहरुको उपस्थितिको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

स्थान: कम्पनीको रजिष्टर्डको कार्यालयको प्रांगण, काठमाडौं

छलफलका विषयहरु:
(१) सर्वसाधारणलाई कम्पनीको साधारण शेयर जारी गर्ने सम्बन्धमा ।
(२) साधारण शेयर जारी पश्चात प्राप्त पुँजीको उपयोग सम्बन्धमा ।
(३) माथि प्रस्ताव गरिएको अनुसार कम्पनीको साधारण शेयर जारी गर्ने लगायत सो संग सम्बन्धित कार्यहरु स्वीकृतिका क्रममा कम्पनी रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय लगायतका नियमनकारी निकायहरुबाट कुनै विषय, शर्तहरु लगायतमा संशोधन, फेरबदल गर्न निर्देशन प्राप्त भएमा आवश्यकता अनुसार थपघट, परिमार्जन, संशोधन, भाषागत लगायतका अन्य सुधार समेत गर्नका लागि संचालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने सम्बन्धमा ।
(४) कम्पनीको प्रवन्धपत्र नियमावली संशोधन गर्ने सम्बन्धमा ।

As per the decision of the Board of Directors of this institution made on २०८३/०३/११, a Special General Meeting of the institution will be held at the date, place and time mentioned in the details below to discuss and decide on the matters mentioned in the details. Therefore, this notice has been published for the presence of the esteemed shareholders.

Discussion Topics:
(१) Regarding the issuance of ordinary shares of the company to the general public.
(२) Regarding the utilization of capital received after the issuance of ordinary shares.
(३) Regarding authorizing the Board of Directors to make additions, alterations, modifications, amendments, linguistic and other improvements as necessary, if any instructions for amendment or alteration are received from the Office of the Company Registrar and other regulatory bodies during the approval process of the issuance of ordinary shares of the company and related works as proposed above, including any subjects or conditions.
(४) Regarding the amendment of the company's Articles of Association and Bylaws.
