यस होटल फरेस्ट इन लिमिटेडको सामुहिक लगानी कोषहरुको लागि सुरक्षित गरिएको शेयर सर्वसाधारणमा शेयर बाँडफाँड भएको मितिले छ महिनासम्म लक-इनमा राखिएको ब्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौँ। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गते, पत्र संख्या: ८०/८१, चलानी नं. १५२३ को पत्रबाट निर्देशन भए बमोजिम यस कम्पनीको तपसिलमा उल्लेखित शेयरको मिति २०८३/०५/०३ गते पश्चात लक-इनको अवधि समाप्त हुने ब्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण लगानीकर्ता तथा सम्बन्धित सबै सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

This is to inform that the shares of Hotel Forest Inn Limited, secured for collective investment funds, were kept in lock-in for six months from the date of allotment to the general public. As per the directive from Nepal Securities Board dated २०८०/०८/२५, letter number: ८०/८१, dispatch number: १५२३, the lock-in period for the shares mentioned in the details below will expire after २०८३/०५/०३. This notice has been published for the information of all investors and related stakeholders.
