बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरुले प्रवाह गर्ने सेयर धितो कर्जाको ब्याजदर पनि घट्न थालेको छ। विगत लामो समयदेखिको अधिक तरलताका कारण बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले निक्षेपको ब्याजदर घटाउँदै लगेका छन्। जसका कारण आधार दरमा पनि कमी आउँदा सेयर धितो कर्जाको ब्याजदर पनि क्रमशः तल झर्दै आएको छ।

Banks and financial institutions have started to reduce the interest rates on share mortgage loans. Due to prolonged high liquidity, banks and financial institutions have been lowering deposit interest rates. Consequently, the base rates have also decreased, leading to a gradual reduction in the interest rates on share mortgage loans.
