संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहनुहुने संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुलाई जरुरी सूचना
यस ज्योति विकास बैंक लिमिटेडका केही संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु मध्ये आंशिक/पुरा शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक हाल कायम यस ज्योति विकास बैंक लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने व्यवस्था रहेकोले संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावलाई उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागज प्रमाण संलग्न गरी यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय कमलपोखरी, काठमाडौँमा के कति शेयर कित्ता खरिद गरी लिनु हुने हो सो सो को व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ।
संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्यादभित्र कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्तिलाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक कारबाही अघि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
Urgent Notice to Promoter Shareholders Interested in Purchasing Promoter Shares
Some promoter shareholders of Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited have submitted applications expressing their desire to sell partial/full promoter shares registered in their names. Upon presentation of these applications to the Board of Directors meeting, it has been decided to proceed with the sale process in due course. As there is a provision to give priority to the existing promoter shareholders of Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited who are interested in purchasing these promoter shares, this notice has been published for the information of such promoter shareholders.
If any promoter shareholder is interested in purchasing these promoter shares, they are hereby informed to submit an application, clearly stating the number of shares they wish to purchase, along with necessary documents, to the bank's central office in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice.
It is also informed for the knowledge of all concerned that if applications from existing promoter shareholders are not received within the specified period for purchasing promoter shares, necessary actions will be taken to sell them to other individuals as per prevailing regulations.
