संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहनुहुने महानुभावहरुलाई जरुरी सूचना
यस ज्योति विकास बैंक लिमिटेडका केही संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु मध्ये आंशिक/पुरा शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा उक्त निवेदनहरु सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयरहरु खरिद गरी लिनको लागि यस ज्योति विकास बैंक लिमिटेडका हाल कायम रहनुभएका संस्थापक शेयर धनीहरुले प्राथमिकता पाउने हुँदा यस विकास बैंकमा हाल कायम रहनु भएका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि विभिन्न मितिमा संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी ३५ दिने प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा कुनै पनि संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावबाट उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छा जनाई आवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयरहरु संस्थापक बाहेकका अन्य व्यक्ति/कम्पनी/संस्थाहरुले खरिद गरी लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिनभित्र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट संस्थापक शेयरधनीको लागि तोकिएको Fit & Proper Test (अनुसूचि ३) को विवरण भरि कर्जा सूचना केन्द्र लिमिटेडको कालोसुचिमा समावेश नभएको प्रमाणित हुने कागजात, आयश्रोत खुल्ने कागजातको प्रतिलिपि तथा सोको उपलब्धता सम्बन्धी अद्यावधिक विवरण, स्थायी लेखा नं. को प्रमाणपत्रको प्रतिलिपि तथा पछिल्लो आ.व. को कर चुक्ता प्रमाणपत्र वा कर दाखिला गरेको निस्साको प्रतिलिपि र नागरिकता प्रमाणपत्रको प्रतिलिपि संलग्न गरी यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय कमलपोखरी, काठमाडौंमा के कति शेयर कित्ता खरिद गरी लिनु हुने हो सो को व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
साथै उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्ने खरिदकर्ता संस्थापक समुहमा पर्ने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ ।

Urgent Notice to those interested in purchasing promoter shares
As some promoter shareholders of Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited have expressed their desire to sell partial/full shares registered in their names and submitted applications, and upon presenting these applications to the Board of Directors meeting, it has been decided to proceed with the sale process in due course. Since the existing promoter shareholders of Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited will receive priority for purchasing these promoter shares, and despite publishing a 35-day notice regarding the sale of promoter shares on various dates for the information of existing promoter shareholders of this development bank, no application expressing interest in purchasing these promoter shares has been received from any promoter shareholder, therefore, if any other individual/company/institution (other than promoters) is interested in purchasing these promoter shares, they are hereby informed to submit an application within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, clearly stating the number of shares they wish to purchase, along with documents proving non-inclusion in the blacklist of Credit Information Bureau Limited, details of Fit & Proper Test (Schedule ३) as prescribed by Nepal Rastra Bank for promoter shareholders, copies of documents disclosing source of income, updated details regarding its availability, copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate, copy of the latest fiscal year's tax clearance certificate or tax filing receipt, and copy of citizenship certificate, at the Central Office of this bank in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu.
Furthermore, it is also informed through this notice that the purchaser of the said shares will fall under the promoter group.
