यस कामना सेवा विकास बैंक लिमिटेडका विभिन्न संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरुद्वारा ४८,०००/- कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएको ले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकद्वारा जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशनको इ.प्रा.नं. १०/२०७२ को बुँदा नं. १५ मा भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि ३५ (पैंतीस) दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गर्दा उक्त सेयर खरिद गर्नका लागि तोकिएको मिति सम्म कुनै पनि निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/२०७२ को बुँदा नं. १५ बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक सेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छुक अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ (सात) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागज प्रमाण संलग्न गरी यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय ज्ञानेश्वर, काठमाडौंमा के कति कित्ता सेयर खरिद गरी लिनुहुने हो सोको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
थप जानकारीको लागि यस विकास बैंकको सेयर विभागमा सम्पर्क राख्नुहोला ।
Urgent Notice for those interested in purchasing Promoter Shares

As various promoter shareholders of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited have submitted applications expressing their desire to sell ४८,०००/- units of promoter shares, and in accordance with the provision in point no. १५ of Integrated Directive No. इ.प्रा.नं. १०/२०७२ issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, a ३५ (thirty-five) day public notice was published for the information of existing promoter shareholders. Since no application was received for the purchase of the said shares within the stipulated period, other individuals/institutions interested in purchasing these promoter shares, as per point no. १५ of Integrated Directive No. १०/२०७२ issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, are hereby informed to submit an application within ७ (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, clearly stating the number of shares they wish to purchase, along with necessary supporting documents, at the bank's central office in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu.
