संस्थापक सेयर खरिद गर्न चाहनुहुने संस्थापक सेयरधनी महानुभावहरूलाई जरूरी सूचना

यस कामना सेवा विकास बैंक लिमिटेडको विभिन्न संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूद्वारा २,७८,२६६/- कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकद्वारा जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशनको इ.प्रा.नं. १०/०८२ को बुँदा नं. १५ (ख) मा भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम पहिलो प्राथमिकता अनुरूप उक्त संस्थापक सेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक यस बैंकका साविक संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। साथै, यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५(पैंतिस) दिन भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूबाट सेयर खरिदका लागि निवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी एकीकृत निर्देशनको अधिनमा रही प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम बाह्य खरिदकर्तालाई संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीका लागि प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
नोट : यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतिस) दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागझ प्रमाण संलग्न गरी यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय ज्ञानेश्वर, काठमाडौँमा के कति सेयर खरिद गरी लिनु हुने हो सो को व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ।
Urgent Notice to Promoter Shareholders Interested in Purchasing Promoter Shares
First Date of Publication: २०८३/०४/२२
As various promoter shareholders of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited have submitted applications expressing their desire to sell २,७८,२६६/- units of promoter shares, this notice is published for the information of existing promoter shareholders of this bank who are interested in purchasing the said promoter shares under first priority as per the provision in Clause No. १५ (b) of Unified Directive E.P.Ra.No. १०/०८२ issued by Nepal Rastra Bank. Furthermore, notice is hereby given to all concerned that if no application for share purchase is received from existing promoter shareholders within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, the process for selling promoter shares to external buyers will be initiated in accordance with prevailing laws subject to the unified directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank.
Note: Existing shareholders are notified to submit an application stating the number of shares they wish to purchase along with the necessary supporting documents at the head office of this bank in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice.
