कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडको विभिन्न संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा कायम रहेको ४७,३२४ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छुक भई बैंक समक्ष निवेदन दिनुभएको र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी निर्देशन बमोजिम बिक्री गर्न प्रस्ताव गरिएको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्ने पहिलो हक विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुमा रहने भएकोले उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुका लागि सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबाट कुनै आवेदन नआएको हुँदा संस्थापक भन्दा बाहिर सर्वसाधारणहरुबाट उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक सर्वसाधारणले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार, कुमारी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड काठमाडौं-१, नक्साल, नागपोखरी वा कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडको प्रधान कार्यालय काठमाडौं-२, टंगालमा, आइपुग्ने गरी आवेदन गर्नुहुन सूचित गराइएको छ। सो शेयरको बिक्री मूल्य बिक्रेताले तोके बमोजिम हुनेछ।

Notice regarding 35-day sale of Promoter Shares
Various promoter shareholders of Kumari Bank Limited have submitted applications to the bank expressing their interest to sell ४७,३२४ units of promoter shares registered in their names. As per the directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, the first right to purchase the proposed promoter shares rests with the existing promoters. A notice was published for existing promoter shareholders to purchase these shares, but no applications were received from them. Therefore, interested general public (outside of promoters) wishing to purchase these shares are hereby informed to submit their applications within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice to the bank's share registrar, Kumari Capital Limited, Kathmandu-१, Naxal, Nagpokhari, or to the head office of Kumari Bank Limited, Kathmandu-२, Tangal. The selling price of the shares will be as determined by the seller.
