कुमारी बैंकले संस्थापक सेयरधनीको नाममा रहेको ४५ लाख ४६ हजार ३८ कित्ता सेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीले फागुन १२ गतेदेखि ३५ दिनभित्र बैंकको प्रधान कार्यालय टंगाल वा कुमारी क्यापिटलको नक्साल कार्यालयमा आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। सेयरको मूल्य बिक्रेताले तोकेअनुसार हुने जनाइएको छ। उक्त अवधिमा सेयर खरिद नभए अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गरिने बैंकले बताएको छ।

Kumari Bank has offered 4,546,038 promoter shares for sale. Existing promoter shareholders can apply within 35 days starting February 23 at the bank’s head office in Tangal or Kumari Capital’s office in Naxal, Kathmandu. The share price will be determined by the seller. If unsold within the period, the bank will offer the shares to other individuals or entities.
