कुथेली बुखरी स्मल जलविद्युतले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को चौथो त्रैमास (३२ असार २०८२) सम्मको अपरिष्कृत वित्तीय विवरण सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। सो अवधिमा कम्पनीले ८९ लाख ३८ हजार रुपैयाँ खुद नाफा आर्जन गरेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो त्रैमासको १ करोड १ लाख रुपैयाँ भन्दा केही कम हो। गत वर्षको सोही अवधिमा कम्पनीले १ करोड ५७ लाख ५७ हजार रुपैयाँ नाफा कमाएको थियो, जसअनुसार वर्षको आधारमा करिब ४३ प्रतिशत गिरावट आएको हो।
विद्युत् बिक्रीबाट कम्पनीले यस त्रैमासमा ३ करोड ११ लाख २८ हजार रुपैयाँ आम्दानी गरेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो त्रैमासको २ करोड ७३ लाख ६९ हजार रुपैयाँ भन्दा बढी भए पनि गत वर्षको ३ करोड ३७ लाख ६३ हजार रुपैयाँ भन्दा अलि कम हो। सञ्चालन नाफा २ करोड २२ लाख ८३ हजार रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो त्रैमासको २ करोड ३ लाख ६९ हजार रुपैयाँ भन्दा बढी हो, तर प्रशासनिक खर्च बढेको छ।
कम्पनीको कुल सम्पत्ति २१ करोड ३४ लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको छ भने कुल पुँजी १८ करोड ३२ लाख रुपैयाँ छ। लामो अवधिको ऋण अघिल्लो त्रैमासको ३ करोड ४० लाख रुपैयाँ बाट घटेर २ करोड ९६ लाख रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ।
यस त्रैमासमा वित्तीय खर्च ३१ लाख २० हजार रुपैयाँ तथा मोलकट्टी खर्च १ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। यस अवधिमा चालु करको कुनै प्रावधान गरिएको छैन। कम्पनीको प्रतिशेयर नेटवर्थ रु १३६.७१ र वार्षिक EPS रु ६.६७ रहेको छ।
कम्पनीले कठिन बजार परिस्थितिमा समेत ऋण व्यवस्थापन र सञ्चालन दक्षता कायम राख्नेमा आफ्नो ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्ने जनाएको छ।
Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Ltd. has released its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter ending 32nd Ashadh, 2082 (July 16, 2025). The company recorded a net profit of NPR 8.93 million, compared to NPR 10.10 million in the previous quarter, reflecting a marginal decline. In the corresponding quarter last fiscal year, the net profit stood at NPR 15.75 million, indicating a year-on-year drop of more than 43%.
Total revenue from power sales reached NPR 31.12 million, up from NPR 27.36 million in the previous quarter, but slightly down from NPR 33.76 million a year ago. Operating profit for the quarter was NPR 22.28 million, compared to NPR 20.36 million in Q3, driven by higher sales despite increased administrative expenses.
The company’s total assets stood at NPR 213.45 million, while total equity was NPR 183.28 million. Non-current liabilities decreased to NPR 29.6 million from NPR 34 million in the previous quarter due to partial repayment of long-term borrowings.
Finance costs for the quarter were NPR 3.12 million, and depreciation expenses reached NPR 10.04 million. No provision for current tax was recorded in this quarter. The net worth per share stood at NPR 136.71, with an annualized EPS of NPR 6.67.
The company emphasized that it will continue focusing on operational efficiency and debt management while navigating challenging market conditions.
