एसियन लाइफ इन्सुरेन्स कम्पनीको ४२ प्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर भर्न आज जेठ १४ गते बुधबारसम्म मात्र मौका रहेको छ। कम्पनीले बुक क्लोज मिति जेठ १६ गते तोकेको छ भने भोली गणतन्त्र दिवसको सार्वजनिक बिदा परेकाले सेयर कारोबार बन्द हुनेछ।
कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँका दरले १ करोड ४२ लाख ७९ हजार ३१२.४८ कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर बिक्री गर्न लागेको हो, जसको कुल मूल्य १ अर्ब ४२ करोड ७९ लाख रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी हुनेछ। हकप्रद निष्कासनपछि कम्पनीको चुक्ता पुँजी ४ अर्ब ८२ करोड रुपैयाँमाथि पुग्नेछ।
Today, Wednesday (Jestha 14), is the final day for existing shareholders to apply for Asian Life Insurance’s 42% rights shares. The company has scheduled its book closure date for Jestha 16. Since tomorrow (Jestha 15) is a public holiday due to Republic Day, stock trading will remain closed.
The company is issuing a total of 1,42,79,312.48 rights shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share, amounting to over NPR 1.42 billion. After the rights issue, the paid-up capital of Asian Life Insurance will exceed NPR 4.82 billion.
