एभरेष्ट बैंकले फागुन १८ गतेदेखि बिक्री खुला गरेको ३ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको ऋणपत्रमा आवेदन दिने अन्तिम दिन आज फागुन २३ गते शुक्रबार रहेको छ। प्रतिइकाई १ हजार रुपैयाँ दरमा ३० लाख इकाई ऋणपत्र जारी गरिएको छ, जसमध्ये १२ लाख इकाई सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला छ। आज कार्यालय समयभित्र सी–आस्वा सदस्य बैंक वा मेरो सेयरमार्फत आवेदन गर्न सकिनेछ।
‘एभरेष्ट बैंक डिबेन्चर २०९१’ नामको यो ऋणपत्र १० वर्ष अवधिको छ र वार्षिक ७.५०% ब्याजदर प्रदान गर्नेछ। न्यूनतम २५ देखि अधिकतम १२ लाख इकाईसम्म आवेदन गर्न सकिन्छ। कुल इकाईमध्ये ६० हजार कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषका लागि छुट्याइएको छ। बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटलले लिएको छ।
Everest Bank, which opened the sale of its NPR 3 billion debenture on Falgun 18, has set today, Falgun 23 (Friday), as the final day for applications. Priced at NPR 1,000 per unit, the bank has issued 3 million units, with 1.2 million units available for the general public. Applications can be submitted within office hours today via C-ASBA member banks or the Mero Share platform.
Named ‘Everest Bank Debenture 2091,’ this 10-year debenture offers an annual interest rate of 7.50%. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units up to a maximum of 1.2 million units. Out of the total, 60,000 units are reserved for collective investment funds. Laxmi Sunrise Capital is managing the sale of this debenture.
