Today (Tuesday) is the final day to apply for the IPO of Trade Tower Limited. Investors can submit their applications within office hours through C-ASBA approved banks or financial institutions, or via the MeroShare platform. The company opened its IPO to the public on Jestha 14, offering 3,296,505 shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share.
According to CDSC, by 5:06 PM on Monday, a total of 1,961,391 applicants had applied for 23,360,070 shares—over 7 times more than the number offered. Out of the total 3,971,693 public shares, 10% were reserved for Nepali citizens working abroad, and the rest are available to the general public. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 1,000 shares. Laxmi Sunrise Capital is the issue manager for this IPO.
ट्रेड टावर लिमिटेडको साधारण सेयर (IPO) मा आवेदन दिन आज मंगलबार अन्तिम दिन हो। लगानीकर्ताले आज कार्यालय समयभित्र सी–आस्वा सेवायुक्त बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था वा मेरो सेयरमार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। कम्पनीले जेठ १४ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि ३२ लाख ९६ हजार ५०५ कित्ता सेयर निष्कासन खुला गरेको हो।
सीडीएसका अनुसार सोमबार साँझ ५:०६ बजेसम्ममा १९ लाख ६१ हजार ३९१ जना लगानीकर्ताबाट २ करोड ३३ लाख ६० हजार ७० कित्ताका लागि आवेदन परेको छ, जुन माग भन्दा ७.०९ गुणा बढी हो। कम्पनीको कुल ३९ लाख ७१ हजार ६९३ कित्ता सेयरमध्ये १० प्रतिशत वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि छुट्याइएको थियो। बाँकी सेयरमा सर्वसाधारणले १० देखि १,००० कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन पाउने छन्। बिक्री प्रबन्धक लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेड हो।
