बलेफी हाइड्रोपावरको अवितरित शेयर खरिदको अन्तिम दिन भोलिLast Day to Purchase Unallotted Shares of Balephi Hydropower Tomorrow
बलेफी हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले फागुन ५ गतेदेखि बिक्रीमा राखेको १७ लाख ९८ हजार ६५६ कित्ता अवितरित शेयर खरिद गर्ने अन्तिम दिन भोलि फागुन १९ रहेको छ। यसमा संस्थापक समूहको ६ लाख ७६ हजार १९१ कित्ता, सर्वसाधारण समूहको लकइनमा रहेको ५ लाख ८ हजार ८९२ कित्ता र लकइनमा नरहेको ६ लाख १३ हजार ५७३ कित्ता सेयर समावेश छन्। लकइन अवधि चैत २९ गते सकिनेछ। न्यूनतम मूल्य प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ भने आवेदन न्यूनतम १०० कित्तादेखि सम्पूर्ण कित्तासम्म दिन सकिनेछ।
Balefi Hydropower Limited has set tomorrow, March 3, as the final day to purchase 1,798,656 unallotted shares put up for sale since February 17. This includes 676,191 shares from the founder group, 508,892 locked-in shares from the public group, and 613,573 non-locked-in shares from the public group. The lock-in period will end on April 11. The minimum price per share is set at NPR 100, with applications accepted for a minimum of 100 shares up to the total available shares, in multiples of 10.
