Last Day to Secure Dividends for Bishal Bazar Company, Book Closure Tomorrow

Bishal Bazar Company (BBC) is closing its book on Falgun 9, making today (Falgun 8) the last day for shareholders to secure a 14% cash dividend. The company’s annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Falgun 28 at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Kathmandu. The meeting will approve dividend distribution, accept the resignation of director Rajendra Kumar Vaidya, appoint a new director from public shareholders, cancel the merger agreement with PasalKuwal, and appoint an auditor. Shareholders must hold shares until today to be eligible for dividends and AGM participation.
