लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंकले १० लाख २४ हजार ६८५ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। बुधबार जारी एक सूचनामार्फत बैंकले उक्त शेयर बिक्री खुला भएको जानकारी दिएको हो। सूचना अनुसार, विभिन्न संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको नाममा रहेको यो शेयर विद्यमान संस्थापकहरूका लागि बिक्री गर्न लागिएको छ।
शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक व्यक्तिले बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, हात्तीसारमा आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। आवेदन दिने समयसीमा ३५ दिन तोकिएको छ। यदि उक्त अवधिभित्र आवेदन नपरेमा, बैंकले आम सर्वसाधारण, जुनसुकै संस्था वा कम्पनीलाई सो शेयर बिक्री गर्ने स्पष्ट पारेको छ।
Laxmi Sunrise Bank has announced the sale of 1,024,685 founder shares. In a notice issued on Wednesday, the bank informed that these shares, currently held in the names of various founder shareholders, are being made available for purchase by existing founders.
Interested parties must submit their applications at the bank's central office in Hattisar within a 35-day deadline. If no applications are received from existing founders within this period, the bank has stated that it will open the sale to the general public, as well as any institutions or companies.
