लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंक लिमिटेडको पच्चिसौँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा काठमाडौँमा सम्पन्न भएको छ। सभाले बैंकको चुक्ता पूँजीको १० प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्दै सेयरधनीलाई प्रतिफलको उपहार दिएको छ। बोनस सेयर पारित भएसँगै बैंकको चुक्ता पूँजी रु. २६ अर्ब ७८ करोड पुगेको छ।
सभाले चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि सञ्चालक समितिको प्रतिवेदन र बैंकको वित्तीय विवरणमाथि छलफल गरी स्वीकृत गरेको छ। साथै, आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने निर्णय पनि सभाले गरेको छ।
वित्तीय सूचकांकतर्फ हेर्दा बैंकले आ.व. २०८१/८२ मा रु. ३७१ अर्ब निक्षेप संकलन र रु. २८७ अर्ब कर्जा प्रवाह गरेको छ। बैंकको कुल वासलातको आकार रु. ४४३ अर्ब पुगेको छ भने सो अवधिमा रु. ४ अर्ब ६ करोड खुद मुनाफा आर्जन गर्दै वित्तीय सबलताको सन्देश दिएको छ।
Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited has successfully concluded its 25th Annual General Meeting, rewarding shareholders with a 10 percent bonus share distribution. Following the approval, the bank’s paid-up capital has surged to NPR 26.78 billion.
The AGM endorsed the Board of Directors’ report and approved the financial statements for FY 2024/25 (FY 2081/82). The meeting also appointed an auditor for the upcoming FY 2025/26 (FY 2082/83).
On the performance front, the bank mobilized NPR 371 billion in deposits and extended NPR 287 billion in loans during FY 2081/82. Its total balance sheet size expanded to NPR 443 billion, while the bank closed the year with a net profit of NPR 4.06 billion, reinforcing its strong financial standing.
