यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाउँमा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नका लागि निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको मिति २०८२/१२/२० को निर्णय बमोजिम यस संस्थाका संस्थापक समूहका शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८२/१२/२१ गतेको "आर्थिक अभियान" दैनिक पत्रिकामा ३५ दिने सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको तर्फबाट निवेदन पर्न नआएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थाको तर्फबाट सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय दरबारमार्ग, काठमाण्डौमा निवेदन दिनुहुन नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन, २०७२ (स.स.) को इ.प्रा. निर्देशन नं. १०/०७२ को बुदा नं. १५ (ख) बमोजिम अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
यस सम्बन्धि विस्तृत व्यहोरा बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय दरबारमार्गमा सम्पर्क गरी लिन हुन अनुरोध छ।

Notice published for the information of individuals/institutions wishing to purchase shares of the founder group of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited

As the founder shareholders of this bank have submitted an application to sell the founder shares registered in their name, and as per the decision of the bank's Board of Directors dated २०८२/१२/२०, a ३५-day notice was published in the "Aarthik Abhiyan" daily newspaper on २०८२/१२/२१ for the information of the founder group shareholders of this institution. Since no application was received from the existing founder shareholders to purchase the said shares, other individuals/institutions interested in purchasing the said founder shares are requested to submit an application within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice at the bank's Central Office, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu, as per Nepal Rastra Bank's Unified Directive, २०७२ (S.S.) E.P. Directive No. १०/०७२, Clause No. १५ (ख).
