यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाउमा कायम रहेको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नका लागि निवेदन दिनु भएकोले प्रचलित ऐन कानून तथा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको नीति निर्देशन बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्ने पहिलो हक यस संस्थाका संस्थापक समूहका शेयरधनीहरुलाई भएको हुँदा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
अतः उपरोक्त अनुसारको शेयरहरु खरिद गर्न इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय दरबारमार्ग, काठमाण्डौमा निवेदन दिनुहुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ । म्याद भित्र शेयर खरिदको निवेदन प्राप्त हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नेपाल कानून तथा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको नीति निर्देशन बमोजिम शेयर बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत जानकारी गराईन्छ ।
यस सम्बन्धी विस्तृत व्यहोरा बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय दरबारमार्गमा सम्पर्क गरी लिन हुन अनुरोध छ ।
Notice published for the information of promoter shareholders of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited who wish to purchase shares from the promoter group.

As the promoter shareholders of this bank have submitted applications to sell the promoter shares registered in their names, and as per prevailing laws and regulations and Nepal Rastra Bank's policies and directives, the first right to purchase such promoter shares belongs to the promoter group shareholders of this institution, this notice has been published for the information of all shareholders.
Therefore, promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the aforementioned shares are requested to submit their applications to the bank's central office at Durbarmarg, Kathmandu, within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice. It is also informed that if no application for share purchase is received within the deadline, the necessary process for selling the shares will be initiated as per prevailing Nepali law and Nepal Rastra Bank's policies and directives.
