महुली लघुवित्तको १२औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा आज फागुन २३ गते महुली, सप्तरीमा बिहान ११ बजे बस्दै छ। सभामा लाभांश प्रस्ताव नराखिएको छ। कम्पनीले गत आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०–८१ को नाफाबाट सेयरधनीलाई लाभांश नदिने यसअघि नै घोषणा गरिसकेको छ।
सभाले प्रबन्धपत्र संशोधन गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने, नाफा-नोक्सानबारे छलफल गर्ने र २०८१–८२ का लागि लेखा परीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने एजेन्डा अघि सारेको छ। फागुन ९ गते बुक क्लोज भएकाले फागुन ८ सम्मका सेयरधनीले मात्र सभामा भाग लिन पाउनेछन्।
Mahuli Laghubitta Financial Institution is holding its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, Falgun 23 (March 06), at its central office in Mahuli, Saptari, starting at 11 a.m. The company has not proposed any dividend distribution during this meeting, having already announced that no dividends will be distributed from the profits of the fiscal year 2080-81.
The AGM agenda includes authorizing the board to amend the company’s memorandum and regulations, discussing the profit and loss accounts of 2080-81, and appointing an auditor for 2081-82. The book closure was on Falgun 9, so only shareholders registered by Falgun 8 can participate.
