साधारण शेयरको लक-ईन (Lock In) अवधि समाप्ती सम्बन्धी सूचना
माण्डु हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडका संस्थापक, आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका बासिन्दाहरु तथा कम्पनीका कर्मचारीहरुको शेयर सर्वसाधारणलाई मिति २०८०/०५/२४ गते बाँडफाँड गरिएको मितिले तीन वर्ष सम्म लक ईन मा राखिएकोले उक्त लक ईन अवधि सामप्ती हुने हुँदा श्री नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको पत्र सं. ८०/८१ को चलानी नं. १५२३ मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गतेको पत्रमार्फत निर्देशन जारी भएबमोजिम तपसिलमा उल्लेखित शेयरको मिति २०८३/०५/२३ गते पश्चात् लक ईन अवधि समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण लगानीकर्ता तथा सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

Notice Regarding Expiry of Ordinary Shares Lock-In Period
As the shares of promoters, project-affected local residents, and employees of Mandu Hydropower Limited were placed in a three-year lock-in from the date of allotment to the general public on २०८०/०५/२४, and as this lock-in period is expiring, this notice is published for the information of all investors and stakeholders that, pursuant to the directive issued by Securities Board of Nepal vide letter Ref. No. ८०/८१, Dispatch No. १५२३ dated २०८०/०८/२५, the lock-in period for the shares mentioned in the details below will expire after २०८३/०५/२३.
