शेयर बजारमा हुने चलखेलले लगानीकर्तालाई अत्यधिक जोखिममा पार्न सक्छ। यस्ता जोखिमलाई नखाम्न सकेमा हामी कहिल्यै पनि बजारमा फर्किन नसक्ने गरी घाटा व्यहोर्नुपर्ने अवस्थामा पुग्छौं। त्यसैले यस्ता चलखेलको शिकार हुनबाट बच्न केही रणनीतिहरू अपनाउनु पर्छ।
यस्ता चलखेलको उपचार खोज्नुभन्दा रोकथामका उपाय गर्नु उचित हुन्छ। धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) र स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) ले यस्ता चलखेल रोक्ने प्रयास गरेका छन्। तर उनीहरूकै मात्र भर पर्नुहुँदैन। त्यसैले शेयर बजारमा हुने केही चलखेल र बच्ने उपायहरू तल दिइएको छ:
१. पम्प एन्ड डम्प
पम्प एन्ड डम्प खेलमा योजनाकारहरूले बजारमा गलत हल्ला फैलाएर शेयरको मूल्य कृत्रिम रूपमा बढाउँछन्। मूल्य बढेपछि उनीहरूले आफ्नो शेयर बेच्छन्। बेचिसकेपछि शेयरको मूल्य घट्न थाल्छ।
बच्ने उपाय: सामाजिक सञ्जाल, अनधिकृत अनलाइन पोर्टल वा साथीभाइले दिने सुझावको छड्के जाँच गर्नुहोस्। कुनै पनि कम्पनीमा लगानी गर्नुअघि राम्ररी अनुसन्धान गर्नुहोस्, प्रचारप्रसार वा अफवाहको पछि नलाग्नुहोस्।
२. इन्साइडर ट्रेडिङ
कम्पनीसँग सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति (खासगरी उच्च तहमा रहेका पदाधिकारी) बाट गोप्य सूचना लिएर सोही अनुसार शेयर किनबेच गरी नाफा कमाउने कार्यलाई इन्साइडर ट्रेडिङ भनिन्छ।
बच्ने उपाय: आधिकारिक रूपमा सार्वजनिक नगरिएका सूचनाका आधारमा शेयर किनबेच नगर्नुहोस्। इन्साइडर ट्रेडिङ सम्बन्धी नियम–कानून बारे जानकारी लिनुहोस्। नियामक निकायलाई संदिग्ध गतिविधिबारे रिपोर्ट गर्नुहोस्।
३. अनलाइन कारोबार र ह्याकिङ
ह्याकरहरूले अनलाइन ट्रेडिङ खाताहरूमा अनधिकृत पहुँच प्राप्त गरी अनधिकृत कारोबार वा रकम निकाल्न सक्छन्।
बच्ने उपाय: आफ्नो अनलाइन ट्रेडिङ खाताहरूको लागि बलियो पासवर्डहरू प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्। सार्वजनिक वा अरूले प्रयोग गर्ने उपकरणबाट कारोबार नगर्नुहोस्। नियमित रूपमा आफ्नो खाता निगरानी गर्नुहोस् र कुनै पनि संदिग्ध लेनदेन तुरुन्तै रिपोर्ट गर्नुहोस्।
४. स्टक कर्नरिङ
कुनै व्यक्ति वा समूह मिलेर कुनै कम्पनीको शेयर थुपार्ने र बजारमा अभाव सिर्जना गरी मूल्य बढाउने वा कम्पनीको शेयरको माग अत्यधिक छ भन्ने देखाउन कृत्रिम खरिद आदेश गर्ने कार्यलाई स्टक कर्नरिङ भनिन्छ।
बच्ने उपाय: तपाईंको वित्तीय लक्ष्य अनुसारको प्रतिफल निकाल्ने कम्पनीको शेयरमा मात्र लगानी गर्नुहोस्। लक्ष्यभन्दा शेयरको मूल्य माथि जाँदैछ र त्यसरी मूल्य बढ्नुपर्ने कुनै कारण छैन भने उक्त शेयर बेच्नु बुद्धिमानी हुन्छ।

१. लगनशीलता: सधैं लगनशील भएर कारोबार गर्नुहोस्। विज्ञको सल्लाह लिनुहोस् र लगानी उपकरण (धितोपत्रहरू) तथा नियम–कानूनबारे आफैंलाई शिक्षित गर्नुहोस्।
२. लोभबाट बच्न: बजार बढ्दा लोभ बढ्छ भन्ने चेतावनीको संकेत हो। यस्तोमा थप जाँचबुझ गर्नुपर्छ।
३. रिपोर्ट गर्नुहोस्: संदिग्ध गतिविधिबारे सम्बन्धित नियामकलाई रिपोर्ट गर्नुहोस्।

Insider trading involves trading a company's shares based on confidential information from insiders, such as executives, directors, or employees. This practice can significantly impact the market unfairly.
How to avoid it: Do not trade based on non-public information. Educate yourself on insider trading laws and report any suspicious activities to regulatory authorities.
3. Online Trading and Hacking
Hackers may gain unauthorized access to online trading accounts to conduct unauthorized transactions or withdraw funds.
How to avoid it: Use strong, unique passwords for your online trading accounts. Avoid conducting transactions on shared computers, mobile devices, or other public equipment. Regularly monitor your account and report any suspicious transactions immediately.
4. Stock Cornering
