यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनी आईब्रोक्स इन्टरनेशनल प्रा.लि.ले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको यस वित्तीय संस्थाको १,८६५ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीको लागि यस वित्तीय संस्था समक्ष लिखित रुपमा निवेदन दिनुभएकोमा हाल यस वित्तीय संस्थामा कायम ईच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्ने जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८२ चैत्र ०३ गतेको आर्थिक राष्ट्रिय दैनिक पत्रिकामा ३५ (पैतिस) दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरेकोमा हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनीबाट शेयर खरीद गर्न निवेदन नआएकोले यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन, २०७३, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले यस सम्बन्धमा जारी गरेको एकीकृत निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गर्न ईच्छुक सर्वसाधारणले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ (पन्ध्र) दिन भित्र यस वित्तीय संस्थाको कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क राख्न हुन सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

Notice regarding Sale of Promoter Shares

The promoter shareholder of this financial institution, Ibrox International (Pvt.) Ltd., had submitted a written application to this financial institution for the sale of १,८६५ units of promoter shares registered in its name. A public notice was published on २०८२ Chaitra ०३ in the Arthik Rastriya Dainik newspaper, giving ३५ (thirty-five) days for interested existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution to purchase the said promoter shares. As no applications were received from the existing promoter shareholders, this notice has been published.
In accordance with the Bank and Financial Institution Act, २०७३, the integrated directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank in this regard, and other prevailing laws, this notice is published for the information of all interested general public to contact the company secretary's office of this financial institution within १५ (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice to purchase the said promoter shares.
