काठमाडौं — मञ्जुश्री फाइनान्स लिमिटेडले १ लाख २९ हजार ३२ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। फाइनान्सका एक जना संस्थापक सेयरधनीले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेको सेयर बेच्न लागेका हुन्।
संस्थापक सेयरधनी नुमनाथ पौडेलले उक्त सेयर बिक्रीका लागि सञ्चालक समितिमा निवेदन दिएपछि खरिद–बिक्री प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइएको हो। विद्यमान नियमअनुसार संस्थापक सेयर खरिदको पहिलो हक हाल कायम संस्थापक सेयरधनीलाई नै हुने भएकाले संस्थाले उनीहरूलाई नै प्राथमिकतामा राखेर खरिदका लागि आह्वान गरेको छ।
यस सेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान सेयरधनीले सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मिति (असोज २५ गते) बाट ३५ दिनभित्र आवश्यक प्रमाण र कागजातसहित आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। आवेदकले आफूले लिन चाहेको सेयर कित्ता खुलाएर थापाथलीस्थित संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा निवेदन पेस गर्नुपर्नेछ।
तोकिएको म्यादभित्र हालका संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूबाट खरिदको प्रस्ताव नआएमा भने उक्त सेयर सर्वसाधारण वा अन्य व्यक्ति तथा संस्थालाई बेच्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने फाइनान्सले जनाएको छ।
Kathmandu — Manjushree Finance Limited has announced the sale of 129,032 units of its promoter shares. The shares are being offloaded by one of the institution's existing promoter shareholders.
The sales process was initiated after promoter shareholder Mr. Numnath Paudel submitted an application to the board of directors expressing his intent to sell his holdings. In accordance with prevailing regulatory provisions, existing promoter shareholders have the first right of refusal, prompting the finance company to prioritize them for this purchase.
Interested existing promoters must submit their applications within 35 days from the date of the notice's publication (Ashoj 25). Applicants are required to clearly state the number of shares they wish to acquire and submit the necessary documents to the company's central office located in Thapathali, Kathmandu.
The finance company has clarified that if no applications are received from the current promoters within the stipulated 35-day timeframe, the sales process will be opened up to other external individuals and institutions as per the prevailing laws.
