यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको रु १०० अंकित दरका ८,०००/- (आठ हजार) कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर न्यूनतम मूल्य प्रति कित्ता शेयर रु ६००/- (छ सय) को दरले बिक्री गर्ने ईच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुदा रित पुऱ्याई नियमानुसार बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट “घ” वर्गको इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाहरुलाई जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन, २०७२ को निर्देशन नं. १०/०८२/२ (क) र १२ (ख) बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर बोलकबोल आधारमा खरीद गरि लिन ईच्छुक हाल कायम यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने विद्यमान व्यवस्था रहेकोले संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावलाई संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गरि लिन ईच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय ढल्केवर, धनुषामा आफूले खरीद गर्न चाहेको शेयर के कति दर रेटमा खरीद गर्ने हो सो को व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ। संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गर्ने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्यादभित्र हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य योग्य गैर संस्थापकलाई संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक कारवाही प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। यस सम्बन्धी विस्तृत जानकारीको लागि यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, ढल्केवर-६, धनुषामा सम्पर्क राख्नुहुन जानकारी गराइन्छ।

A promoter shareholder of this financial institution has submitted an application expressing the desire to sell ८,०००/- (eight thousand) units of promoter shares registered in their name, with a face value of Rs १००, at a minimum price of Rs ६००/- (six hundred) per unit share. As this application was presented at the Board of Directors meeting and a decision was made to proceed with the sale process in accordance with the rules, and as per the existing provision under Nepal Rastra Bank's Unified Directive, २०७२, Directive No. १०/०८२/२ (क) and १२ (ख), issued to Class 'D' licensed microfinance financial institutions, priority must be given to the existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution who are interested in purchasing these promoter shares on a bid basis. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of the promoter shareholders.
If any esteemed promoter shareholder is interested in purchasing promoter shares, they are informed to submit an application within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with necessary documents, to the Central Office of this financial institution in Dhalkebar, Dhanusha, clearly stating the rate at which they wish to purchase the shares. If no application is received from the existing promoter shareholders within the specified period for purchasing promoter shares, this notice is also published for the information of all concerned that the necessary process for selling promoter shares to other eligible non-promoters will be initiated as per prevailing regulations.
