संकलन केन्द्रहरुबाट दरखास्त बुझाएका आवेदकहरुको बाँडफँडमा आंशिक/नपरेको शेयर वापतको रकम यही मिति २०८३ जेठ २५ गते सोमबारदेखि सम्बन्धित आवेदकहरुले आफुले दरखास्त फाराममा उल्लेख गरेको बैंक खातामा रकमान्तर गरिने व्यवस्था मिलाइएकोले आफ्नो खातामा रकम जम्मा भए नभएको एकिन गर्नुहुन समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत अनुरोध गर्दछौं।
साथै यस निष्काशन कार्यमा सहयोग तथा सदभाव प्रदान गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण शुभेच्छुकहरु, लगानीकर्ता आवेदकहरु, संकलन केन्द्रहरु, सि-आस्वा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तिय संस्थाहरु, कम्पनी रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय, नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज लि., सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लि., प्रत्याभुतिकर्ता, सञ्चारमाध्यमहरु तथा सम्बन्धित सबै निकायहरुमा धन्यवाद तथा हार्दिक कृतज्ञता ज्ञापन गर्दछौं।
We also request all concerned applicants, who applied through collection centers, to verify whether the amount for partially allotted/unallotted shares has been credited to their bank accounts as mentioned in their application forms, as arrangements have been made to transfer the amount to the respective bank accounts starting from २०८३ Jesth २५, Monday, through this notice.
We also extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to all well-wishers, investor applicants, collection centers, C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions, Office of Company Registrar, Nepal Securities Board, Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd., CDS and Clearing Ltd., underwriters, media, and all other related bodies for their cooperation and goodwill in this issuance process.
