मुक्तिनाथ विकास बैंक लिमिटेडको संस्थापक समूहको प्रति शेयर रु.१००/- अंकित दरको जम्मा १,५६,२८३ कित्ता शेयर बिक्री गर्न मिति २०८३/०२/०७ गतेदेखि मिति २०८३/०२/१४ गतेसम्मको समयावधि रहेकोमा मिति २०८३/०२/१४ गते नेपाल सरकारद्वारा सार्वजनिक बिदा दिएको हुनाले उक्त दिन सट्टा मिति २०८३/०२/१८ गतेसम्म शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र पेश गर्न सकिने व्यहोरा यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराईन्छ। अन्य विस्तृत जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८३/०२/०७ गतेको आर्थिक अभियान राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा प्रकाशित सूचना हेर्नुहुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
Notice regarding the extension of the deadline for selling promoter group shares
Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited's promoter group was scheduled to sell a total of १,५६,२८३ units of shares at a par value of Rs.१००/- per share from २०८३/०२/०७ to २०८३/०२/१४. As the Government of Nepal has declared a public holiday on २०८३/०२/१४, sealed bids can now be submitted until २०८३/०२/१८ instead of that day. This notice is published to inform about this.
