यस मल्टीपर्पस फाइनान्स लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनी अनुज अग्रवाल र नारायण बाबु लोहनीले क्रमशः आफ्नो नाममा रहेको शेयर १७४६९ र १३०१८ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयरहरु खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक हाल कायम यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/२०८२ को बुँदा १५(ख) मा रहेकोले संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावलाई उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैँतीस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागज प्रमाण संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा के कति कित्ता शेयर खरिद गरी लिनु हुने हो सोको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्याद भित्र कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्तिलाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
नोट: थप जानकारीको लागि यस वित्तीय संस्थाको कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क राख्नुहोला ।
Urgent Notice for Promoter Shareholders wishing to purchase Promoter Shares

This notice is published for the information of existing promoter shareholders of Multipurpose Finance Limited, who wish to purchase promoter shares, as per the provision in point १५(ख) of Nepal Rastra Bank's Unified Directive No. १०/२०८२, which states that priority should be given to existing promoter shareholders. This decision was made because promoter shareholders Anuj Agrawal and Narayan Babu Lohani had submitted applications expressing their desire to sell १७४६९ and १३०१८ units of promoter shares respectively, and upon presentation of these applications to the Board of Directors meeting, it was decided to proceed with the sale process in due course.
If any promoter shareholder wishes to purchase these promoter shares, they are hereby informed to submit an application clearly stating the number of shares they wish to purchase, along with the necessary documents, to the company secretary's office of this financial institution within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice.
This notice is also published for the information of all concerned that if no application is received from the existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period for the purchase of promoter shares, necessary action will be taken to sell them to other individuals as per prevailing regulations.
