संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी सूचना
यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको ४४,०३७ कित्ता (फ्याक्सनमा रहेको समेत) संस्थापक शेयर एकमुष्ट बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनुभएको र उक्त निवेदन बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री / खरिद गराउने प्रक्रियाको सन्दर्भमा निर्णय भए बमोजिम नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी एकीकृत निर्देशनको ई.प्रा. निर्देशन नं. १०/०८२ बमोजिम उक्त शेयरहरु खरिद गर्नको लागि बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था भए बमोजिम इच्छुक तथा योग्य विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, तीनधारा, विणामाग, दरबारमार्ग, काठमाडौं स्थित कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा यस सूचनाको प्रकाशन मिति समेत उल्लेख गरी गोप्य खामबन्दी / शिलबन्दी निवेदन दिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
उल्लेखित मितिभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबाट शेयर खरिद गर्न निवेदन पर्न नआएमा प्रचलित कानूनी व्यवस्था अनुसार सो शेयरहरु अन्य व्यक्ति / संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराइन्छ ।

Notice regarding sale of promoter shares
A promoter shareholder of this bank has submitted an application expressing their desire to sell ४४,०३७ units (including fractional shares) of promoter shares in a lump sum. In the context of the decision made by the bank's Board of Directors meeting regarding the sale/purchase process, and as per the provision of Nepal Rastra Bank's Integrated Directive No. १०/०८२, existing promoter shareholders of the bank are to be given priority for purchasing these shares. Therefore, interested and eligible existing promoter shareholders are requested to submit a confidential sealed application, mentioning the publication date of this notice, within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice, at the office of the Company Secretary located at the bank's Central Office, Tindhara, Binamarg, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu.
It is also informed by this notice that if no application for purchasing shares is received from existing promoter shareholders within the mentioned period, the process of selling those shares to other individuals/institutions will be initiated as per prevailing legal provisions.
