डिम्याट खाता नविकरण सम्बन्धी जरुरी सूचना
यस नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड तथा नबिल बैंक लिमिटेड मार्फत डिम्याट खाता खोली हालसम्म पनि आफ्नो खाता नविकरण नगराउनु भएका हितग्राही खातावालाहरुलाई पटक पटक ईमेल तथा एसएमएस मार्फत खाता नविकरण गराउन अनुरोध गरिएकोमा हालसम्म पनि अधिकांश हितग्राही खातावालाहरुले लामो समयदेखि आफ्नो खाता नविकरण नगराउनु भएकोले मिति २०८३ आषाढ मसान्तसम्म आफ्नो खाता नविकरण गराउनु हुन सम्पूर्ण डिम्याट खातावालाहरुमा हार्दिक अनुरोध गरिन्छ। अन्यथा प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम खाता रोक्का गरिने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराइन्छ। यसरी खाता रोक्का हुँदा लगानीकर्ताहरुले आफ्नो खातामा रहेको शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्दा राफसाफ तथा फछ्र्यौट नहुने तथा सार्वजनिक निष्काशनमा समेत आवेदन गर्न समस्या हुने भएकोले सो को जिम्मेवार आफै हुनु पर्ने व्यहोरा समेत जानकारी गराइन्छ।
साथै आफ्नो खाता नविकरण गर्नको लागि https://meroshare.cdsc.com.np/ मा गई Khalti, e-Sewa & Connect IPS जस्ता डिजिटल माध्यमहरुबाट पनि आफ्नो खाता नविकरण गर्न सकिने व्यहोरा समेत सम्पूर्ण हितग्राही महानुभावहरुमा जानकारी गराइन्छ।

Urgent Notice regarding Demat Account Renewal
This is to inform all beneficiary account holders who have opened Demat accounts through Nabil Investment Banking Ltd. and Nabil Bank Ltd. but have not yet renewed their accounts, that despite repeated requests via email and SMS, most beneficiary account holders have not renewed their accounts for a long time. Therefore, all Demat account holders are kindly requested to renew their accounts by the end of २०८३ Ashadh. Otherwise, it is informed that the accounts will be frozen as per prevailing law. It is also informed that if accounts are frozen, investors will face problems in settling and clearing shares held in their accounts when selling them, and also in applying for public issues, and they will be solely responsible for such issues.
Furthermore, it is informed to all esteemed beneficiaries that their accounts can also be renewed digitally through platforms like Khalti, e-Sewa & Connect IPS by visiting https://meroshare.cdsc.com.np/.
