नेको इन्स्योरेन्सले आजदेखि २५% हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्दैNeco Insurance is issuing a 25% rights share from today.
नेको इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड (NIL) ले आज (फागुन ८ गते) देखि २५% हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। इन्स्योरेन्सले हाल कायम ४ कित्ता शेयर बराबर नयाँ १ कित्ता अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्दैछ। यस अनुसार, कम्पनीले ५० करोड ३० लाख ९० हजार १५५ रुपैयाँ बराबरको ५० लाख ३० हजार ९०१.५५ कित्ता शेयर प्रतिशेयर १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यमा जारी गर्नेछ।
यस हकप्रद शेयरमा माघ १५ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम शेयरधनीहरुले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। आवेदन फागुन २८ गतेसम्म खुला रहनेछ। निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक सानिमा क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। शेयरधनीहरुले नेको इन्स्योरेन्सका कार्यालय, आस्वा सेवामा सहभागी बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु तथा ‘मेरो शेयर’ मार्फत अनलाइन आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। हकप्रद निष्काशनपछि इन्स्योरेन्सको चुक्ता पूँजी २ अर्ब ५१ करोड ५४ लाख ५० हजार ७७४ रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ।
Neco Insurance Company Limited (NIL) has opened its 25% rights share issuance and sale from today (Falgun 8). The company is issuing rights shares in a 4:1 ratio, meaning shareholders will get 1 new share for every 4 shares they currently hold. As per this, the company will issue 5,030,901.55 shares with a total worth of NPR 503,090,155 at a face value of NPR 100 per share.
Shareholders who were listed on NEPSE by Magh 15 are eligible to apply for the rights shares, with applications open until Falgun 28. Sanima Capital Limited is managing the issuance. Investors can apply through Neco Insurance’s central and regional offices, ASBA-participating banks and financial institutions, or online via the ‘Mero Share’ platform. After the rights issue, the company's paid-up capital will increase to NPR 2.51 billion.
