यस नेको इन्सुरेन्स लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा जाहेर गरी कम्पनीमा निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा सञ्चालक समितिको मिति २०८३ आषाढ ३१ गते सम्पन्न बैठकबाट रु.१००। अंकित दरका कुल १२,००,००० (बाह्र लाख मात्र) कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया अबलम्बन गर्न स्वीकृति प्रदान गर्ने निर्णय भएको र नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट जारी भएको बीमाको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका बमोजिम संस्थापकले आफ्नै समूहका शेयरधनीलाई प्राथमिकता दिई शेयर बिक्री/नामसारी गर्नु पर्ने व्यवस्था रहेको हुँदा यस कम्पनीका सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। अतः कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावलाई उपरोक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गरी लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन (२०८३ भाद्र ८ गते) भित्र आफूले लिन चाहेको कित्ता र प्रति कित्ता मूल्य समेत उल्लेख गरी यस कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, ज्ञानेश्वर, काठमाडौँमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुहुन अनुरोध छ। उक्त अवधि भित्र कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनीको निवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा वा बिक्रीमा रहेको कित्ता भन्दा कम कित्ताको लागि निवेदन प्राप्त भएमा नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई उपरोक्त शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइने ब्यहोरा समेत सरोकारवाला सबैको जानकारीको लागि सूचित गरिन्छ। संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गरी लिनको लागि नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट जारी भएको बीमाको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७ बमोजिम योग्य हुनु पर्नेछ। यस सम्बन्धी विस्तृत जानकारीको लागि कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, ज्ञानेश्वर, काठमाडौँमा सम्पर्क गर्नुहुन अनुरोध छ।

As a promoter shareholder of Neco Insurance Limited has expressed interest in selling promoter shares and submitted an application to the company, the Board of Directors' meeting held on २०८३ Ashadh ३१ has approved the sale of a total of १२,००,००० (twelve lakh only) units of promoter shares at a face value of Rs.१००. As per the directive issued by Nepal Insurance Authority regarding the transaction of insurance promoter shares, promoters are required to prioritize shareholders within their own group for share sale/transfer. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all promoter shareholders of this company. Hence, if any promoter shareholder is interested in purchasing the aforementioned promoter shares, they are requested to submit an application to the company's central office, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, within ३५ (thirty-five) days (२०८३ Bhadra ८) from the date of publication of this notice, specifying the number of units they wish to purchase and the price per unit. If no application is received from any promoter shareholder within the said period, or if applications are received for fewer units than available for sale, it is hereby informed to all concerned that the necessary process will be initiated to sell the aforementioned shares to other individuals or institutions as per regulations. To be eligible to purchase promoter shares, one must qualify as per the Insurance Promoter Share Transaction Directive, २०७७, issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority.
