नेपाल बैंक लिमिटेडले चैत ६ गते साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। यस वर्ष पनि लाभांश प्रस्ताव नगरी एजीएम आयोजना गरिएको हो। सभामा गत आर्थिक वर्षको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, नाफा-नोक्सान, नगद प्रवाह विवरणमाथि छलफल र आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति तथा पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गरिनेछ। सभा प्रयोजनका लागि फागुन २२ गते बुक क्लोज हुनेछ, जसअनुuसार फागुन २१ सम्मका सेयरधनीले सहभागिता जनाउन सक्नेछन्। सभा काठमाडौंको नेपाल एपीएफ क्लब हकचोकमा बिहान १०:३० बजेदेखि सुरु हुनेछ।
Nepal Bank Limited has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Chaitra 6, without proposing dividends this year. The meeting will discuss the annual report, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement of the last fiscal year, along with the appointment and remuneration of an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82. The bank will close its books on you Falgun 22 for the AGM, allowing shareholders registered by Falgun 21 to participate. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM at Nepal APF Club Hakchok, Kathmandu.
