प्रथम पटक प्रकाशन मिति २०८३/०२/२० गते
यस बैंकका तपशिलमा उल्लेखित संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्न बैंक समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको एवं उक्त निवेदन संचालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएको र संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनको व्यवस्था बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । अतः संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र (सो दिन सार्वजनिक बिदा परेमा सो पश्चात्को कार्यालय खुलेको दिन) कार्यालय समय भित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस बैंकको रजिष्टर्ड कार्यालय काठमाडौं-१० बानेश्वर स्थित कानून विभागमा लिखित आवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
तोकिएको म्याद भित्र आवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा वा प्राप्त आवेदनबाट उल्लिखित सम्पूर्ण शेयर बिक्री नभएमा प्रचलित कानून/व्यवस्था बमोजिम अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई समेत संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नेगरी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ ।

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited's 35-Day Notice Regarding Promoter Share Sale

The promoter shareholders mentioned in the details below have submitted an application to the bank to sell the promoter shares registered in their names. Upon presentation of the said application to the Board of Directors meeting, it was decided to proceed with the sale process in due course. As per the Nepal Rastra Bank's directive that existing promoter shareholders should be given first priority when selling promoter shares, this notice has been published for the information of existing promoter shareholders. Therefore, interested existing promoter shareholders wishing to purchase promoter shares are hereby informed to submit a written application along with necessary documents within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice (if that day falls on a public holiday, then on the next working day) during office hours, to the Legal Department at the bank's registered office in Kathmandu-10, Baneshwor.
It is also informed through this notice that if no application is submitted within the stipulated period, or if the entire shares mentioned in the received applications are not sold, the necessary process will be initiated to sell the promoter shares to other individuals or institutions as per prevailing laws/regulations.
