नेपाल इन्स्योरेन्सले घोषणा गर्यो १५.०७९ प्रतिशत लाभांशNepal Insurance Announces 15.079 Percent Dividend
नेपाल इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ को मुनाफाबाट सेयरधनीहरुलाई लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीको फागुन २४ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको १५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र ०.७९ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (बोनस सेयरको कर प्रयोजनार्थ) वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। यो निर्णयले सेयरधनीहरुलाई कुल १५.०७९ प्रतिशत लाभांश प्राप्त हुनेछ।
उक्त लाभांश वितरणको प्रस्ताव नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट स्वीकृत भई कम्पनीको वार्षिक साधारण सभाले पारित गरेपछि कार्यान्वयनमा आउनेछ। यसले सेयरधनीहरुलाई थप आर्थिक लाभ प्रदान गर्नुका साथै कम्पनीको वित्तीय स्थिरता पनि झल्काउँछ।
Nepal Insurance Company Limited has announced a dividend distribution for its shareholders from the profits of the fiscal year 2080/81 (2023/24). The decision was made during the board of directors' meeting held on Falgun 24, which resolved to distribute a total of 15.079 percent dividend. This includes 15 percent bonus shares and 0.79 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes on the bonus shares) based on the company’s current paid-up capital.
The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and ratification at the company’s annual general meeting. This move reflects the company’s financial strength and commitment to its investors.
