संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहनु हुने महानुभावहरुलाई जरुरी सूचना
यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्ने ईच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छुक हाल कायम यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको विद्यमान व्यवस्था रहेकोले संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि प्रथम पटक मिति २०८३/०२/१२ र २०८३/०३/०४ गते कारोबार दैनिकमा ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा उक्त समयावधि भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबाट कुनै लिखित जानकारी पेश हुन नआएको हुँदा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनमा भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरधनी बाहेक अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थाले खरिद गर्ने ईच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ दिन भित्र यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय आईटी प्लाजा, कमलादी, काठमाण्डौमा निवेदन दिन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
Urgent notice to those interested in buying promoter shares
The promoter shareholders of this bank have submitted applications expressing their desire to sell the promoter shares registered in their names. As per the existing arrangement of Nepal Rastra Bank, which prioritizes the current promoter shareholders of this bank for purchasing such promoter shares, a ३५-day public notice was first published in Karobar Dainik on २०८३/०२/१२ and २०८३/०३/०४ for the information of promoter shareholders. Since no written information was received from the existing promoter shareholders within that period, as per the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank, if any other individual/institution apart from the promoter shareholders wishes to purchase these shares, they are hereby informed to submit an application within ७ days from the date of publication of this notice at the office of the bank's Share Registrar, IT Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
