नेपाल लाइफलाई ‘नेशनल बेस्ट प्रेजेन्टेड एनुअल रिपोर्ट–२०२५’ गोल्ड अवार्डNepal Life Receives 'National Best Presented Annual Report–2025' Gold Award
नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आफ्नो स्थापनाको २५औँ वार्षिकोत्सव मनाइरहेको गौरवमय अवसरमा 'नेशनल बेस्ट प्रेजेन्टेड एनुअल रिपोर्ट–२०२५' गोल्ड अवार्ड प्राप्त गरी अर्को ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि हासिल गरेको छ।
नेपाल चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स संस्था (आईक्यान)द्वारा वि.सं. २०८३ साल असार १६ गते काठमाडौंस्थित होटल याक एण्ड यती मा आयोजित एक विशेष समारोहका बीच उक्त प्रतिष्ठित अवार्ड नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत श्री प्रवीण रमण पराजुली तथा नायब प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत श्री अमित कुमार कयाल ले संयुक्त रूपमा ग्रहण गर्नुभएको हो।
आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को वार्षिक वित्तीय प्रतिवेदनको उत्कृष्ट प्रस्तुति, वित्तीय पारदर्शिता, पर्याप्त खुलासा, नेपाल वित्तीय प्रतिवेदन मानहरू तथा अन्य लेखा मापदण्डहरूको प्रभावकारी पालना तथा संस्थागत सुशासनप्रतिको उच्च प्रतिबद्धतालाई मूल्याङ्कन गर्दै कम्पनीलाई उक्त सम्मान प्रदान गरिएको हो। यस अवार्डले नेपाल लाइफले वित्तीय जवाफदेहिता, पारदर्शिता तथा सुशासनलाई संस्थागत संस्कृतिका रूपमा आत्मसात गर्दै उत्कृष्ट अभ्यासलाई निरन्तरता दिइरहेको पुष्टि गर्दछ।
यस अवसरमा प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत प्रवीण रमण पराजुलीले उक्त सम्मान सम्पूर्ण नेपाल लाइफ परिवारका लागि गर्वको विषय भएको उल्लेख गर्दै यसले कम्पनीलाई अझ उच्च स्तरको वित्तीय पारदर्शिता, सुशासन र उत्कृष्ट कार्यसम्पादनतर्फ अघि बढ्ने थप जिम्मेवारी प्रदान गरेको बताए ।

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has received the 'National Best Presented Annual Report–2025' Gold Award on the occasion of its 25th anniversary. The prestigious award was presented at a special ceremony organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) on June 16, 2026, at Hotel Yak and Yeti in Kathmandu.
The award was jointly received by Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Praveen Raman Parajuli, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Amit Kumar Kayal.
The company was awarded for its excellent presentation of the annual financial report for the fiscal year 2021/22, financial transparency, adequate disclosure, adherence to Nepalese financial reporting standards, and other accounting standards, as well as its high commitment to institutional governance. This award confirms that Nepal Life has incorporated financial accountability, transparency, and governance into its institutional culture and is committed to continuing best practices.
On this occasion, Chief Executive Officer Praveen Raman Parajuli stated that the award is a matter of pride for the entire Nepal Life family and that it provides additional responsibility to the company to move forward with higher levels of financial transparency, governance, and excellent performance.
He expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Chairman and Directors of the Board of Directors for their guidance, the insured customers who have trusted and remained loyal to the company, the agents who are the backbone of the company's success, dedicated employees, respected shareholders, regulatory bodies, and all stakeholders.
As of Chaitra 2083, the company has issued more than 5.24 million insurance policies, bringing millions of Nepalese families under the umbrella of financial security.
