नेपाल माइक्रो इन्स्योरेन्सको शेयर बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न
नेपाल माइक्रो इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले विदेशमा कार्यरत नेपालीहरूका लागि जारी गरेको २,२५,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर माघ २९ गते बाँडफाँड गरेको छ। कम्पनीले आफ्नो २२,५०,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयरमध्ये १०% भाग श्रम स्वीकृति प्राप्त नेपालीहरूका लागि निष्काशन गरेको थियो। माघ ८ देखि २२ गतेसम्म खुला गरिएको शेयरमा ४५,९०६ आवेदन परेका थिए। नियमन अनुसार २२,५०० आवेदकलाई मात्रै शेयर वितरण गरिएको हो। बाँडफाँड प्रक्रिया एनआइएमबि एस क्यापिटल लिमिटेडको परिसरमा सम्पन्न भएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
Nepal Micro Insurance Completes Share Allotment
Nepal Micro Insurance Company Limited has completed the allotment of 225,000 ordinary shares issued for Nepalis working abroad on Magh 29, 2081. The company had allocated 10% of its total 2,250,000 ordinary shares for Nepalis with approved labor permits. The issuance was open from Magh 8 to Magh 22, receiving a total of 45,906 applications. However, as per regulations, shares were allotted to only 22,500 applicants. The allotment process was conducted at the premises of NIMB Ace Capital Limited, the issue manager, according to the company's statement.
