नेपाल माइक्रो इन्स्योरेन्सको प्राथमिक सेयर (आइपीओ) बिहीबार बिहान ८:३० बजे बाँडफाँट हुने भएको छ। बिक्री प्रबन्धक एनआइएमबी एस क्यापिटलका अनुसार काठमाडौं लाजिम्पाटस्थित कार्यालयमा बाँडफाँटको अन्तिम तयारी पूरा भएको छ। कम्पनीले फागुन ११ देखि १५ गतेसम्म प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ दरमा १८ लाख ४५ हजार कित्ता आइपीओ जारी गरेको थियो।
आइपीओमा मागभन्दा १३.२७ गुणा बढी आवेदन परेको हुँदा गोला प्रथाबाट बाँडफाँट हुनेछ। कुल १९ लाख ९७७ जनाले आवेदन दिएका छन्, जसमध्ये १ लाख ८४ हजार ५०० जनाले मात्र सेयर पाउनेछन् भने १७ लाख १७ हजार ४७७ जना भने हात खाली हुनेछन्।
The IPO allotment of Nepal Micro Insurance is set to take place on Thursday at 8:30 AM. According to the issue manager, NIMB Ace Capital, the final preparations for the allotment have been completed at its Lazimpat, Kathmandu office. The company had issued 1.845 million shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share from Falgun 11 to Falgun 15.
The IPO received an overwhelming response, with applications exceeding demand by 13.27 times. A total of 1,900,977 applicants applied for 24,483,220 shares, but only 184,500 investors will receive shares through a lottery system, leaving 1,717,477 applicants empty-handed.
