बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले ऋणका सर्त पुरा नगरेको गुनासो गर्न राष्ट्र बैंकको आग्रह Nepal Rastra Bank Urges Borrowers to Report Non-Compliance of Loan Terms by Banks and Financial Institutions

नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट ऋण लिँदा ऋणीलाई सर्त पुरा नगरेको अवस्थामा गुनासो दर्ता गर्न आग्रह गरेको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकले गुनासो दर्ता गर्ने अनलाइन पोर्टल समेत बनाएको छ, जसको माध्यमबाट ग्राहकहरूले सहजै आफ्नो समस्या समाधानका लागि सम्बन्धित अधिकारीलाई जानकारी गराउन सक्छन्।

मुख्य बुँदाहरू:

  • सम्झौता प्रक्रिया:

    • बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट ऋण लिनु भनेको ऋणी र ऋण दिने संस्थाबीचको एक प्रकारको करार हो। यसमा ब्याजदर, ऋणको अवधि, भुक्तानी विधि, धितो, र ऋण असुली जस्ता विषयमा दुवै पक्षबीच सर्त तोकिएको हुन्छ।

  • गुनासो प्रक्रिया:

    • ऋणको ब्याजदर, भुक्तानी विधि, वा अन्य कुनै सर्त पुरा नभएको खण्डमा, ऋणीले सम्बन्धित संस्थाको वेबसाइटमा उपलब्ध गुनासो सुन्ने अधिकारीसमक्ष गुनासो दर्ता गर्नुपर्नेछ।

    • नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले गुनासो दर्ता गर्न अनलाइन पोर्टलको व्यवस्था गरेको छ: www.gunaso.nrb.org.np

नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले वित्तीय संस्थाहरूसँग ऋण लिने ग्राहकहरूलाई सर्त पालना नभएमा तुरुन्तै गुनासो दर्ता गर्न आग्रह गरेको छ। यसले ग्राहकहरूको अधिकार र सुरक्षामा टेवा पुर्‍याउनेछ।

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has urged borrowers to register complaints if banks or financial institutions fail to comply with loan terms. The NRB has also created an online portal to facilitate customers in easily notifying the relevant authorities about their issues.

Key Highlights:

Loan Agreement Process:

  • Taking a loan from a bank or financial institution involves a contract between the borrower and the lender. This contract specifies terms such as interest rates, loan tenure, repayment methods, collateral, and loan recovery conditions.

Complaint Process:

  • If the terms related to interest rates, repayment methods, or any other conditions are not met, the borrower should register a complaint with the grievance officer available on the institution’s website.

Online Grievance Portal:

  • Nepal Rastra Bank has set up an online portal for complaint registration: www.gunaso.nrb.org.np

Nepal Rastra Bank encourages customers who have taken loans from financial institutions to promptly register complaints if terms are not followed, thereby helping protect customers' rights and interests.
