ग्राहक महानुभावहरुलाई आफ्नो PAN No. तथा खाताको विवरण अद्यावधिक गर्ने बारेको अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी एकीकृत निर्देशन, २०६२, सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरण निवारण ऐन, २०६४ (संशोधन सहित), सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरण निवारण नियमावली, २०७१ बमोजिम खातावाला ग्राहक तथा निजको हिताधिकारीका ग्राहक पहिचान विवरणहरु (जस्तै घर/कार्यालय, सम्पर्क ठेगाना/टेलिफोन, मोबाईल/कारोबार/पेशा/व्यवसाय/स्वामित्व संरचना/व्यवस्थापन, ल्याप्चे सहिछाप, राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र (NID) वा राष्ट्रिय परिचय नम्बर (NIN) लगायत अन्य) अद्यावधिक गर्नुपर्ने भएको हुँदा खातावाला ग्राहकहरुले यस अघि बुझाउन बाँकी कागजात तथा विवरण वा परिवर्तित थप विवरण आफ्नो खाता रहेको शाखा वा आफूलाई पायक पर्ने नेपाल एसबिआई बैंकको कुनै पनि शाखामा सम्पर्क गरी अद्यावधिक विवरण एवं कागजात बैंकमा पेश गराउनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी एकीकृत निर्देशन, २०६२ बमोजिम कुनै पनि संस्थागत खातावाला ग्राहकका साथै रु. ५०,००,०००.०० (अक्षरुपी रुपैया पचास लाख) भन्दा बढीको मुद्दती निक्षेप खोल्ने प्राकृतिक व्यक्तिहरुले समेत खाता खोल्दा आफ्नो PAN No. अनिवार्य रुपमा बैंकमा उपलब्ध गराउनु पर्ने प्रावधान रहेको हुँदा यस अघि PAN No. बुझाउन बाँकी ग्राहकवर्गले आफ्नो खाता रहेको शाखा वा आफूलाई पायक पर्ने नेपाल एसबिआई बैंकको कुनै पनि शाखामा सम्पर्क गरी अद्यावधिक गरिदिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
माथि उल्लेख गरे बमोजिम खातावाला ग्राहकहरुले ग्राहक पहिचान विवरण अद्यावधिक नगरेमा वा आवश्यक कागजात पेश नगरेमा खाताहरुको कारोबार रोक्का राख्न सकिने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौं ।
An Extremely Urgent Notice to Esteemed Customers Regarding Updating Their PAN No. and Account Details
As per the Integrated Directive, २०६२ issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, २०६४ (with amendments), and the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, २०७१, customer identification details of account holders and their beneficiaries (such as home/office, contact address/telephone, mobile/business/profession/occupation/ownership structure/management, thumbprint signature, National ID (NID) or National Identification Number (NIN) and others) need to be updated. Therefore, account holders are requested to contact their account-holding branch or any convenient branch of Nepal SBI Bank to submit any pending documents and details or updated additional details and documents to the bank.
As per the Integrated Directive, २०६२ issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, it is mandatory for any institutional account holder, as well as natural persons opening a fixed deposit of more than रु. ५०,००,०००.०० (in words, fifty lakh rupees), to provide their PAN No. to the bank when opening an account. Therefore, customers who have not yet submitted their PAN No. are requested to contact their account-holding branch or any convenient branch of Nepal SBI Bank and update it.
We would like to inform you that if account holders do not update their customer identification details or submit the necessary documents as mentioned above, transactions in their accounts may be suspended.
