यस नेपाल एसबिआई मर्चेण्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेडले शेयर रजिष्ट्रार सेवा प्रदान गरेका तपसिलमा उल्लिखित कम्पनीका तपसिलमा उल्लेख गरे बमोजिम शेयर प्रमाणपत्रहरु हराएको भनी सो को सट्टामा प्रतिलिपि प्रमाणपत्र जारी गरिदिन सम्बन्धमा आवश्यक कागजातसाथ तपसिलमा उल्लिखित निवेदकहरुको यस मर्चेण्ट बैंकिङ्ग समक्ष निवेदन पेश हुन आएको हुँदा सो माथि कसैको हकदाबी भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र सप्रमाण यस नेपाल एसबिआई मर्चेण्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड लेखनाथ मार्ग ठमेल, काठमाण्डौमा हकदाबी गर्न आउनुहोला । अन्यथा निवेदन माग बमोजिम शेयरको प्रतिलिपि प्रमाणपत्र जारी भईजाने व्यहोरा यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराइन्छ ।

35-Day Notice Regarding Share Claims
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, which provides share registrar services, has received applications from the applicants mentioned in the details below, along with necessary documents, stating that their share certificates for the company mentioned in the details have been lost and requesting the issuance of duplicate certificates in their place. Therefore, if anyone has a claim on the said shares, they should come with proof to Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, Lekhnath Marg, Thamel, Kathmandu, within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice to make their claim. Otherwise, duplicate share certificates will be issued as per the request in the application, and this notice serves as information regarding this matter.
